One interview. Went well but waited a month for a generic “we’re moving forward with another candidate” email. Fully onsite and manager said job would basically be boring. Wasn’t interested after that

Entrevista
Horrible, chaotic, and unprofessional. These people don't know what they're doing.
Screening interview was fine.
The company hosted an "open house" that was an absolute disaster. i was embarrassed for them.
The 'hiring managers' were clearly unprepared. The meeting space was grossly inadequate. The underlying theme was "we've never done this before". Obviously.

This is a stupid question asked by someone who shouldn't be interviewing. The interviewee wants to know what the company wants him/her to do.
