I was initially scheduled for a 45-minute Teams meeting, which ultimately lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was informed that there would be 3 more rounds, with the next interview expected to take 2 hours :-( Despite being told at the end of the interview that I would receive information about the next steps within 24 to 48 hours, it has been over 2 weeks now, and, needless to say, I have been completely ghosted by Takishi. I sent several follow-up emails and left voicemails, but still received no response. Is it really that hard to treat people with dignity and respect, especially after they spent the time to apply for the position, researched the organization, and spent 1 hour and 15 minutes with you on a phone screen?
