Online testing process, regarding common sense, alcohol delivery, identifying legal identifications, passing background check, and driving history. During the interview “independant contractors” are mislead, lied too, made false promises, instructed to purchase their equipment or show evidence of their own. Estimated weekly income is less than 20% of what was said to be.

There is no interview or interview process. This is an independent contractor position with little to no experience needed. You have to have a drivers license and no tickets or accidents.

Entrevista
Very straightforward interview process. It was friendly - not at all high pressure. There was a mock shopping assignment to complete as well as the face to face question and answer portion.
