First interview was 1:1 for about an hour and a half. The conversation went well, they told me I was a good fit and I was told they would reach out to schedule the next round of interviews. A few weeks later, they scheduled a phone screen with a senior member of the interview panel. I dialed into the call and nobody showed up. Apparently he cancelled last minute and it wasn't communicated. I waited for them to reschedule. Then I was literally GHOSTED. Radio silence for two months. I then received word they "hadnt found the right candidate yet". I respect they may be looking for something else however the candidate experience was terrible. They led me on for nearly three months and wasted my time as I prepped and blocked time for the interview(s) that never happened. If this is how they respect and value senior level candidates, I would be weary of the corporate culture.
