The interview was really easy and layed back just asked basic questions like why would you be a good fit with our team, what made you want to work for Instacart, and where do you see yourself in 5 years

Online application straightforward filling out basic information about your car insurance and submitting to a background check there was a long process it was very simple you download fill out a few things then if you are approved you have some course that will help you get started

Not really an interview but I just wanted to put it out there that I was not impressed with them as they had me drive 30 minutes from home for a "Meet and Greet" I was there and no one from Instacart showed up!
