There were two rounds on interviews. First was a pre-screeing phone call. After that first interview with PM in the office and the second interview in the office with PM and head of PMO. Both interviews were very nice. But after the final interview I was told I would be contacted about the decision which never happened. I find it very unprofessional. Even if the answer is no, after the final interview there has to be a communication about it.

Poor communication from resume submission all the way up to the second you're in the interview room, FOLLOW UP and get contact info via LinkedIn or a Google search. Interview is very casual and relaxed, dress code is business casual (if not just plain casual)
