Quick HR phone interview. Next was the typical interview with hiring manager--Then came a 6 week radio silence. I took a job elsewhere during that. Then I suddenly heard back from them asking about moving forward. I'm an eternal optimist. They seemed like nice enough people, probably just had a lot going on.

Situational leadership questions, values orientation questions (I tend to fixate on "end user"/customer experience and they seem to like that), probing questions looking for how one copes with disruptions/failures/set-backs and big personalities.
