There was 1 video introduction submission and 5 interviews over 3 weeks. I met with the job poster, who asked more general questions. Next, I had to create a report based on the results of a case study taking me 6 hours and present it to the market research manager. After that, I had back to back interviews with a client strategist where I was quizzed on how I would handle mock client emails and situations and in what order. Immediately after I was transferred to an interview with another market research strategist where I was quizzed on editing a mock client questionnaire. Finally I met with the CEO. Overall, the process seems overly intensive compared to what the position required and paid.

Too many phases. They make you first upload a video interview, which is the most annoying thing any company can request. Afterwards, you get contacted for a screening interview with a team member. Then you get selected for a skills interview. The next phase is to work in a study case.
