A recruiter contacted me and set up time for an initial interview. 10 minutes prior to our call she asked to reschedule. We rescheduled a week later, the conversation went well and I was asked to complete a questionnaire right away so she could get my information in front of the hiring manager the next day. The questionnaire turned out to be a laundry list of typical behavioral interview questions - a bit surprising and time-consuming, I completed the exercise and submitted it that evening and never heard another word. Poor form all around.
