Interviewed with 3 PIs as per preferences indicated and each interview lasted around 20 minutes. Overall the interviews tested subject specific knowledge and mental maths. The main focus was to outline the interviewee's interest and their ideas for their project.

Very effective - competitive questions needed a lot of knowledge to answer and intuitive thought process. Everyone was very polite good experience overall. Wants to know how dedicated you are to basic research
