There were three interviews with three different research groups. One asked me to present my master thesis. Another asked me about research projects I had already done. And the third didn't take me into consideration.

Had three interviews for a position, the process was very transparent and adequately organised. Each time the focus was on one previous research project. The questions were mostly related to the topic or general team fit inquiries, like "what part of the project was you responsible for"
