Two people were interviewing – one didn't speak at all and looked so disinterested. The interview lasted 12 minutes. I did a lot of research for the interview, had heaps of experience to show and didn't even get to demonstrate my knowledge because they only asked me one question. It was apparent they had made their mind up before interviewing me, which was a shame. It didn't really feel like I had a fair shot.
