The first interview was very high-level, nothing technical.
After the interview, I was invited to a knowledge test using python or R, and most of these questions are available online.

2. Technical test (code test), online, on your own time but with a time limit
3. Discussion with manager and tech lead to ask more technical and soft skill questions

The hackerrank test seems to be designed to not completed. Its quite challenging with a lot of theoretical concepts tested.
However the video interview is straight forward. The team interview was not all that challenging. Seemed more like they were looking for candidates with more theoretical knowledge than practical.
If you are a formula guy, its likely you will get hired here.
