There are three rounds. The first round is online technical test about coding and machine learning. The second one is an video interview about some behavioral questions. The last one is face-to-face. Talked about some previous project experience and use case questions.

How to improve the performance of your model?

Entrevista
The first round was an HR round on the Resume + salary discussion. They were screening across a few roles and passed my resume to the the AI Risk team. The second round included question on GenAI and a insurance claims case study. The HR got back to me after 2 weeks and had constructive feedback for rejection which i appreciate.
Really professional, pertinent question where asked.
They get to know you as a person and then ask some technical questions with actuary background . The HR will give you the feedbacks quickly
