A recruiter with Intact reached out to me on LinkedIn and we scheduled a phone call to talk about the job. After talking about the opportunity, benefits, compensation, etc. it was agreed to move onto an interview with the hiring manager. Interviewed with the hiring manager, recruiter followed up and scheduled interview with the Underwriting Director and Risk Control Director. After that interview, an interview with the Underwriting President was scheduled. After that interview, the recruiter contacted me with the offer, I accepted. followed by a standard background and references check.
