It began with a telephone interview which, if successful lead onto a face to face interview with 2 managers, one asking the questions and another taking notes. It was in a relaxed atmosphere and the questions were all about them finding more out about myself, rather than what I know about the business or job role on offer.

Its was quick and simple not drawn out or filled with useless words. They actually told me on the day whether or not I was employed. Most companies know they won't employ you mid interview and make you wait and hope then to ghosted or later told you were unsuccessful
