Interview process is a month long with 4 rounds Aptitude test, Application form,telephonic interview, case study interview, general interview and finally Hr round The interview process is very comprehensive. Employees were very professional and helpful. Overall it was a nice experience.

The process consisted of 6 rounds, namely resume screening, questionnaire, telephonic interview, pricing case study round, Technical interview and HR interview. While most of the other rounds are typically found in a normal actuarial hiring process, the pricing case study round alone is something that is unique to RSA
