So I interviewed for the Credentialing Specialist position in the summer and never heard back from them at all. This company definitely ghosted me. First I had the initial phone interview with a recruiter, following a face to face interview with a few of the hiring managers. I know for a fact both interviews went extremely well and they assured me that they are trying to move fast and will contact me very soon. Well I'm still waiting two months later no communication or anything. I did took the initiative to reach out to the recruiter I had the phone interview with since she was the only contact I had. I reached out to her 3 times. The first time I reached out and she informed me that she will reach out to the hiring manager for status. A week later and still no response so I reached out to her again and she said she has not heard back from the hiring manager and she will follow up again. Another week later, I reached out to her for the third time and I got no response from her at all. This is very unprofessional! I deserve to at least know my status so I can move on to other opportunities. This company definitely ghosted me and will never apply or recommend anyone I'm close to to apply for any positions with Intealth. I am a college educated professional that deserves better!!

I had a very similar experience to the other Credentialing Specialist interview review on this page. My interview with a recruiter went very well and she told me she was going to set me up to meet with the hiring manager later that week. A week went by before she called me back. She didn't set me up for the next interview, but she did state that she was still going to schedule me to meet with the hiring manager, she just needed to get dates for the interview. She called me another time after that to discuss updates to the position and again said she was going to move me along in the interview process. A few weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I followed up by email and later by phone and left a voicemail. A few months went by and I figured they either moved on with another candidate or cancelled the position and ghosted me, yet, it was still on the website (other similar positions were removed from the site, I'm assuming as they were filled). I finally received a generic email that the position was filled, over 3 months after the initial interview. I still don't know why the recruiter called me multiple times to discuss the position and continued to reiterate that she was still working on setting me up for the next interview, just to turn around ignore all of my follow-up attempts. This company clearly ghosted me. Overall, it was very unprofessional.
