completed a long essay style form and manager said it is very important
very straight forward interview
i said i write with 10 fingers but when i did a quick test, manager pointed out that i only use 3 fingers which was a shock to me. so since then, i learnt touch typing and i am on 70 wpm. so it was a good interbview for me
They called me a day after my application and arranged an interview ASAP. They showed a genuine interest in getting to know me and accommodating my needs (e.g. needed a late start which was negotiable), whilst also interested in what I could contribute to the position and why I was interested in the company.

Entrevista
I applied online and got interview offer. when i arrived they gave me a form to fill that had interview questions which can be done online. then the manager called me in and started questioning the distance of traveling and saying how its not suitable , if that was the case then they should check before inviting to the interview and wasting time. He then started asking about my CV in rude way and humiliated me regards to typing skills which was so unnecessary saying ' this is how to type' this is how you type'. very unprofessional and disrespectful. worst interview ever !
