Applied through Stack Overflow Careers. HR representative contacted me and set up phone interview with development manager. Had phone interview with manager. Received and email a few days later that they would not be able to offer me the job due to lack of experience in a few areas.

First round consists of analytical test
Followerd by further rounds .If you pass the first round then it's quite easy to pass the next roundsPrepare well on the analytical side and they consider people with higher grades for first round.A good grade will get you into the first round
