The interview process includes a phone pre-screening with a talent acquisition person/recruiter, a virtual interview with the hiring manager, several on-site interviews (which may include multiple locations), overall taking more than a month

Mostly questions about my resume, needing to directly defend my candidacy or prove I've done the things that are listed on my resume. The in-person interviews were the same as the virtual interview, re-asking questions about lines from my resume.
