I was contacted on LinkedIn by one of the recruiters inviting me to apply for the position. I went on 2 interviews, the first one I met with 2 other people in the talent acquisition team, and the second I met with 3 other members of hr. Total of 5 hours interviewing. It took the company 2-3 weeks to get back to me between each step, from the initial communication on linked in, first and second job interview, and finally the offer. The whole process took about two months in which time I had already interviewed with and gotten offers from several other companies.
