I was given an IQ and personality quiz only for the self-absorbed interviewer to spend an hour rambling about herself. I was then told the idiot couldn’t gauge my accounting experience when she never asked me any accounting questions. Instead of an IQ and personality exam, they could’ve just given me an accounting exam, but the HR guy said he knew nothing about accounting either. The interviewer also basically asked me if I was comfortable with doing anything illegal that investors asked me to then spent a minute explaining that she didn’t mean I would be asked to do anything illegal before laughing awkwardly.
