Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Integral Ad Science.
Entrevista
I applied online and received an email from a recruiter expressing interest in my resume. I was asked to take two assessments - a cognitive ability and a personality test but I would have to schedule a chat with the recruiter prior to receiving the link to the assessments. The phone call took about 25 minutes and the recruiter went through mainly behavioral and situational questions. After the call, the recruiter stated that they were interested in moving forward. I received an email on how to schedule the test through ProctorU (it's a proctored exam - you will be recorded while someone watches your screen) and some links to practice Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) tests. I never had to take one of these tests before for an interview so I spent around 45 minutes taking practice exams. On exam day, the cognitive test was 15 minutes for 50 questions (18 seconds per question). Personality test was untimed. The following business day, I received a general rejection email (not from the recruiter) stating that I had been rejected and that they were looking for a different "profile" for the position. I'm assuming these assessments play a big factor in how well candidates will do once they start working at IAS. If that's the case, I wish the recruiter would have sent the assessments first instead of scheduling an interview prior to this. This would have saved my time as well as the recruiter's time!
