I applied through their job posting on Indeed and then within the next couple of hours, HR reached out to me on scheduling a interview. The first interview was straight forward with just answering typical employee questions to make sure that you can fit in with the team. The next interview if you passed the first interview would be with a manger. All the interview is through Zoom because everyone works remotely now. I passed the first interview because they said the manager should reach out to me by a certain date. The manager never did so I reached back out to the HR person and finally the manager sent me a interview invitation. The second interview is more technical, they'll ask a lot of Linux questions, NAS vs SAN, CNAME meaning and DNS meaning, TCP/UDP and IP questions. They'll also talk about the day to day task and what would be expected of you. After the interview, I was told I would hear back within a week but I never did and still haven't. I don't like to keep reaching out so I decided that the company isn't for me if I have to keep reaching out. I interview elsewhere and took up their offer instead because the communication was better.
