With lot much of efforts and i find this company as i am not that much experienced. most of the companies are looking for experienced candidates. when i got employee referral call from the company for the position of software developer on dot net platform, that's a very best day of my life. i attained the call and very next day they called me and their begins the interview schedule. as i got called through employee referral and i got cleared telephonic round the third round was technical and it is with my team leader, he was such a nice person he gave me enough moral support to settle down my tempting nerves of interview. as that was my third interview of life. although i cleared that round and the last one was the HR round their i got up sealed with my offer letter.
