Simple, very well thought through questions and it felt very welcoming from the start. They truly care about who you are as a person very just what you have to offer
They were very polite and asked fair questions relating to the position and not any generic Interview questions. It was mostly a test to view someone's character to ensure they would be a good fit for the company.
