I watched a few videos, had my photo taken for our ID badges, then had my interview. The process was very fast and to the point. The interviewer told me the pay, hours and direct hire terms then gave a drug test and orientation and start dates. The videos explained a lot of Amazon's policies and answered most of our questions. The interviewer was mostly concerned that we could pass a drug test, had an acceptable background and weren't felons.
