they send mail about interview , they give time and date of interview we go there and provide our dacument then they call inside for interview they ask some questions and us about work safety , pay , timing etc.

For them is the most important that you are bondable and healthy. Nothing else is important. You'll have to be a little smart to pass the Rogers Training if you want to get the job and the Driving test.
