Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) em abr. de 2013
Entrevista
Very comfortable and friendly interview atmosphere. I created a profile with an Intel recruiter at an on-campus career fair and within two weeks I had a phone interview scheduled with a hiring manager. The phone interview went well and I was invited to their campus in Hillsboro for the standard full-day interview. Met with about 10 different interviewers in a 1-on-1 setting and gave a 1-hour technical talk. Many of the interviewers asked me to summarize my talk during the 1-on-1's. Standard interview questions, mostly, but a couple interesting technical questions about my research. At the end of the day I met with the hiring manager who informed me that the job was mine if I wanted it and they would be sending an official offer letter.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
