Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Intel Corporation em dez. de 2010
Entrevista
The 2 phone interviews were on 2 consecutive days. The financial analyst asked me basic behavioral questions and the controller asked me the technical questions (more accounting related than finance related!!)
The next week was flown in for a reception/networking dinner, morning meeting, 3 in-person interviews, and lunch. Intel took care of EVERYTHING and everyone was so nice/easy to work with in setting up this last minute interview. The networking event was awesome because its a casual environment and you can really learn a lot about the company culture by just speaking with the employees that come along. I personally felt the 3 in-person interviews were easier than the phone because they're pretty much the same questions but more case-based ("tell me a time when...") but you can read the interviewers better in person!
I was informed within a week later, accepted another few days after, and went through the background/drug test process then. The ENTIRE process was less than 2 weeks which amazed me and I was kept in the loop of the process every second which was great.
My only advice is always be personable but still professional (no drinking at the social event) and ASK QUESTIONS - they love that! Every second of the weekend is part of the interview so always be on your game even when walked from room to room, people are checking you out!

It was a somewhat formal process with multiple rounds. One on campus interview, and a follow up visit with 5 different interview sessions. The follow up from HR was quick and very good.

Very standard asked me a set of 8-10 questions both technical and behavioral. However some of the interviewees did not seem to be all that interested in the process and made me concerned on how the actual work and culture might be.

Some technical questions, but very high level.
ie: What is your standard process for managing negative news within a quarterly review?
The interview was very good and the panel was very friendly and fair. The outcome of my interview is still pending. The questions that were asked in the interview were about my behavioral competencies, my skills, and job experience.
