Entrevista
I was recruited after a talk at a research symposium. Met with the recruiter 1 on 1 the next day. Ten days later they flew me out to Hillsboro. The interview was easy: comprised meetings with team leaders who vaguely told you about responsibilities of the position, lunch, and a 1 hour presentation of my dissertation.

Conversation focused on two major questions: tell me about your research and tell me what tools you have built/fixed/etc in the lab (seems like they want a competent, hands-on employee)
Very well executed interview process, quick and simple. I first went through a phone screening for about 15 minutes. The online interview was then scheduled a week after afterwards which took around 45 minutes. Afterwards, I was informally accepted, but formally given the job then job acceptance in 1 week.

Met the recruiter and applied on career fair. Got a one-on-one meeting invitation the next day for 30 mins. Got on-site interview invitation after a month. The process is not slow.
