The interview was with an outside agency, and I believe Inteleos outsources their HR function. The interview was with a person who is high level in the HR function. It was a terrible interview and from the moment it began, I felt as though the woman interviewing me was simply trying to get through it as soon as possible, almost as if she was obligated to interview me, having her preferred candidate already identified. She sat far away from the camera, hunching down quite low in her chair, and seemed annoyed for some reason. It was bizarre. It was simply a terrible experience and for the first time in my life, I felt discriminated against which was something terrible to experience. Not surprisingly, I got an email immediately after that I would not be moving on. I think it says a lot about the organization that it engages with this external company that would conduct an interview in that way - beware!
