It took 4 rounds of interview. First round with Pure JAVA interview questions covering (JSP-Servlets, Hibernate, J2EE), was pretty easy. Second round was - coding interview. Given a description of a system and was asked to write code. Third round was by VP, asking little technical and more based on previous work experiences. Fourth round was HR - completely behavioral questions round.

If they need, they will select you . It does not matter how was your performance in the interview. First round will be the written test.. If they want you, then you will be cleared otherwise they will reject you.
