A long, pointless series of interviews with people who don't have an influence on hiring decisions, until they can have you interviewed with the micromanaging CEO, who asks outdated, unrelated questions to the role.
TLDR: a complete waste of time.

To update architecture slides based on watching a 23-minute 'feedback' video. The cherry on top was when they showed me a table in the video that I was meant to recreate without a template AND to find the images online to represent things like Kafka.

Entrevista
Reached out to me for an initial 15 minutes interview round which was filled up with random & unrelated tech questions. Upong asking the background of the company , and the kind of product they are building or the domain they operate on , the interviewer was very usure and hesitant in disclosing the information.
Although the advertised position is CTO , i was told that they are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and operate as a solution architect / analyst and a developer at times.
