I applied online and was invited to come to Austin for a group interview in the office. There were 4 people who work at the company there and 1 other applicant attending this interview as well, but I was told the number of applicants attending a certain group interview varies, sometimes it is as few as 1 and sometimes as many as 20. While there we were told about the company, and the position, toured the office and got a chance to ask questions. We were given a sheet of paper with 8 questions and were asked to choose 1 to answer along with #9 which was just what questions we had for them. We were emailed an second application to fill out after the interview and from that people were asked to do a phone interview, then a behavioral interview, then a one-on-one interview in the office again.
