The initial interview was done twice [LOL]. They asked for my resume thrice [ROFL]. I wonder if they are really handling the applicant's documents and resume. They invite you for a final interview so that you will show up personally, just to find that you are again in Step 1 of the process. Filling out the form and passing the resume. After the second Initial interview, they told me that I would be endorsed to the final interview, which, by this time, shows the poor hiring process. You are now expecting to wait to see whether the final interview will be pushed through or not. One staff member says to be ready for the interview, while the other says it is not possible due to a lot going on in the office. So instead of walking out and coming back again another time, I forcefully wait for myself to get to the final interview. Once I get a final interview, it will take around 5 minutes, and then the interview will be done without any real interview questions.

I was invited to an on-site interview, believing that my tech stack aligned with what they were looking for based on the job posting. However, after the initial interview, I discovered they were seeking expertise in a specific tech stack that wasn't mentioned in the job posting. They didn't even conduct an initial screening call to clarify these requirements, which felt like a waste of time.
Additionally, I got the impression they might offer a low salary rate because they kept asking why my salary was high at my previous company.
