The interview was conducted virtually with multiple interviewers, including HR and technical team members. The process included behavioral questions, motivation questions about why I wanted to work at the organization, and several technical/data-related questions focused on Power BI, SQL, KPI reporting, and prior project experience.
The atmosphere was professional but somewhat intense due to the panel-style setting and the number of technical follow-up questions. Some interviewers were very warm and supportive, especially the hiring manager, which helped reduce the pressure.
Looking back, I realized the interview tested not only technical knowledge but also communication and storytelling skills. I could have explained my past research projects, including my work with large-scale EMS crash datasets, in a clearer and more structured way. It was a valuable experience that showed me the importance of preparing concise explanations for both technical and behavioral topics.
