Interview was over the phone since I was overseas. It took two calls totaling 1.5 hour. Afterward I got an offer. Went with copy of the offer and intent letter to the US embassy to get the work visa. IDB provided the airfare and I signed my contract upon arrival

Entrevista
I submitted my resume for the positon based on the recommendation of a colleague and former employee of the IDB. I was called in for an interview where they maid it clear of the need, the previous contractor could not complete his contract. I got feed back in a few days.
