I applied online and received an invitation to interview about two weeks later. The interview was a panel with the person who would have been my supervisor and two other specialists in the Division. The interview was conducted via zoom, and during the process, I felt like the panel members were preoccupied with other things and were not paying much attention to what I was saying. I've heard from several contacts that they usually have someone already in mind for the role and interview two other people as a formality. For a full-time consultant, at least three candidates must be interviewed.
