My process was faster, since it was expedited. I had two interviews with people who would be my co-workers and boss. Overall it was a good experience, 30-40 min interviews.

All interviews were virtual. First was the HR interview; it was 15 minutes and covered the general HR questions. I was then advised they'd move me forward for the technical panel round. Technical round had 3 interviewers, 2 from the Climate Change unit and another from a project management unit.
