Entrevista
Screening was by phone (two calls) where I was asked about my work history. I was then invited to meet the research team and CEO. I met several members of the research team and then answered questions about my SPSS skills, my presentation style, experience with clients and was asked about my ability to travel which was a requirement of the job. I got a follow up call from the HR person who made the offer by phone and in writing. I asked a lot of additional questions on benefits and vacation days, etc. I was offered the position and went back and forth twice on salary.

Entrevista
It was several years ago but I applied through the website and got an email from a HR manager. I then received an phone call and was screened by phone. It was the HR manager did the screening. I was invited into their office in DC to interview. There were 4 people in the room. The Research Director led the interview. I got called for a second interview and met some of the people I would work with. I filled out paperwork for HR and then got a call to say I was getting an offer. I accepted and signed paperwork.

They asked about my experience overseas and managing projects in foreign countries. I had some experience in Asia an Africa and I was asked to talk about what I did when overseeing fieldwork. They also asked me about travel and how often I would be willing to go. I was asked a lot of questions about data analysis, report writing and presentation skills. The panel all had different questions but it was clear that I had to be able to do fieldwork oversight, analysis and reporting and presentations to their clients.

Entrevista
Applied on LinkedIn. The HR contacted me and scheduled a telephone interview with the director. But the director didn't call me and neither the director nor the HR informed me. I emailed the HR but he never replied. I got in touch with the director himself on LinkedIn. He apologized and said the time zones mixed up since they had offices in US and UK, and they had many projects all over the world. He rescheduled an interview with me. The 30-minute interview was all about technical questions, such as how to calculate the sample size, how to do power estimation, etc. Then he asked me to email him back in Feb 2014 (because I couldn't start working until May). I did so, but never heard from him again!
