I interviewed for the SDP. 3 OAs very unique and annoying. One of them was like the SAT. One phone call and five 45-minutes interviews. All of these interviews were mostly behavioral. Some of them had technical questions. It's really about the interviewer's choice. I have put so much effort into the process and I thought I did well but they rejected me. They don't have any obvious criteria and the interview process is soul consuming. And for what? 5 days in-office job with dress code and weird tech stack?

4 interviews about your experience and resume. Most of the questions are assessing the level of technical depth you have and how you think. Overall if you are comfortable with your projects you will be fine.
