There was a long multiple-choice test that we had only 40 minutes to complete. I felt that time was an issue. The initial questions were easy, but I found the test became more challenging towards the end.

I took three online assessments before I spoke to a real person. One was a general reasoning test, one was a programming language logic test (i.e. use the information they give you about a new language to answer questions), and one personality test. I was then connected with a recruiter, who asked about my background. That went well, so he scheduled a "technical" interview for me. The problem was, the interview was hardly technical, so I was very surprised and unprepared when more than half of the questions the interviewers asked me were behavioral. Secondly, I don't think the interviewers had anything to do with to the job I applied for - I think they were just random higher-up developers, and they seemed to have no interest in me from the start. While I by no means tanked the "technical" interview, it certainly wasn't my best showing, and I was ghosted by the recruiter afterwards.
