Had one hour long interview with a "Senior Recruiter" who doesnt know to use Greenhouse Recruiting; asked me multiple times after the interview to send the CV to Greenhouse which I already did. During the interview, she obviously dont know the different emerging technologies which she called "jargons". After the interview, I suprisingly failed with no proper feedback given. I asked the interviewer if she can provide so I know in what area I lack, but didnt replied. I looked her up on Linkedin and to my surprise, she doesnt have any background with recruitment. What a shame.
