If you’re considering applying to this company, I’d strongly urge you to think twice. If you value your time, skills, and expertise, you may want to look elsewhere.
At first, they make you feel fortunate to be shortlisted — and for a moment, you might be. But that quickly fades once the real issue emerges: the exploitation of your time and effort. You’ll be asked to produce substantial work under the guise of a “test,” only to be rejected without meaningful feedback.
I regret not trusting the many honest reviews on Glassdoor, they were spot on. If I had taken them more seriously, I would’ve saved myself the disappointment of having my knowledge taken advantage of, with nothing in return. They don't even bother to give you an honest feedback beyond a simple "not a match" nonsense.
Expecting a candidate to complete multiple extensive assignments — first a QA task, then an entire communication strategy without compensation or any assurance their work won’t be used later is a clear disregard for professionalism, respect, and basic fairness. It reflects a lack of understanding of the value of people’s time, expertise, and creative labor.
Avoid IxDF, save your time and energy for companies worth your creativity and effort.
