It was a 4 stage interview, consisting of an essay, acultural interview, an editing test and a final interview with either the owners or the head of department. At the end of the last interview they let me know I was offered the position.

I've first applied for the process via e-mail after watching their video and awnsering a few basic questions about my background experience, why I'd like to work with IDF and other simple questions. After being selected in the 1st phase, I then was contacted by Rikke again to awnser another round of questions and after again being selected, I was then invited for a video cultural interview, which went smoothly and on-time. Then I was asked for a practical test which is totally ok by me. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that it took place almost 5 days before Christmas Eve along with the fact that I'm currently working at another big company and I had to work untill december 24th. So I felt that I had so much little time to get work on the practical test, specially when it comes to creativity and design. Unfortunately I didn't went through but I completely understand that and have no regrets or hard feelings. Rikke was always very transparent and clear in every step of the way and always replied back.
