My interview experience with them was very stressful in the end.
The HR staff contacted me after I applied online and had an interview with a couple of senior designers. The interview was ordinary, going through my portfolio and discussing about their projects and branding design etc. Until this moment, it was quick.
The HR staff said they would let me notice the result for 2nd interview as soon as possible, but they didn't.
After 2 weeks I followed up them by email and the HR staff said 'please wait more 2–3 weeks as they have some other candidates.' Then I waited, and didn't hear anything from them. I checked the HR again by phone after one and half a month since from the interview but she told me the same thing—that I have to wait more weeks. Even she didn't apologize about that. They haven't contacted me until now and I stop waiting for them and don't care about it.
This interview experience is the worst and rudest thing I've ever faced.
Submitted a resume and a portfolio to their website and got an email 2~3 days after. The interview took about 30 mins. There was no phone interview. Mostly talked about my work and the company background.

Gespräch vor einer Kommission von zwei Mitarbeitern die einen Fragenkatalog abgearbeitet haben. Dabei hat der eine Mitarbeiter die Fragen gestellt und der andere Mitarbeiter meine Antworten notiert. Das Ganze wirkte wie eine Szene aus dem Bewerbungsgespräch in dem Film „Men in Black“.

I had one intern interview with this company and it was a strange experience. There were 5 or 6 of their staff interviewing me at once and they were very awkward, didn't seem to have a plan amongst themselves. There was a lot of joking around between them and the questions they asked seemed to be things they'd just thought of.
