Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Interbrand.
Entrevista
The interview process was very typical. I was based in another state but was looking to move to New York City. Received a call to interview. I had approximately 4 years of experience at the time. The questions were very normal - consisted of tell me about yourself, why interbrand, where would you like to be in X number of years. The process did not seem to overly corporate or to overly lax.

Nothing comes to mind as a difficult question - it was very typical.

Entrevista
Phone screening with HR followed by an in-person interview with 3 consultants of higher seniority than the position there - about 30 min per person. Each covered a different topic but seemed to try to cover all bases when put together. They asked me about skills/ experience (for example, to give an example of a "big idea" I'd come up with for a brand), domain knowledge (asking about current brands), and non-work interests related to the position. I thought it was fair, but that I wasn't as prepared as I could have been. The focus of the questions was much more heavily on the creative side of the role, rather than the strategy side, as I had anticipated.

Interview process very efficient and straight forward. Office seems very cool, fun, creative, and bursting with energy. The people that work there are obviously very passionate about branding and know their stuff so you should go prepared. Overall, very pleasurable experience.
