I've met with colleagues, managers, HR and CEO and CTO.
Fluid and direct. Good vibe throughout the entire process.
People (HR) area provided always updates and kept me in the loop.

I also felt comfortable enough to present where I lacked some experience and where I was stronger and more experienced.

I felt so at ease, that I remembered stuff that I usually don't remember.
I was relaxed therefore my brain opened up my memory databanks and exploded in information to provide.

Drawn out and unclear. The process changed while I was in it. There was a case study that was thrown at me after the final interview. 3 months between first interview and final decision.
